Online Exercise Motivation

Hello again!

I have realized that I have let my weight and health slip for too long. With the coming of spring, it is a good time to take back my health. Here’s where the online motivation comes in. I am committing, here in writing, to exercise six (6) times this week.

Sunday (done already): Playing soccer
Monday (done already): Walking on treadmill for two miles.

So, that leaves Tuesday to Friday. I am committing to exercising Tuesday to Friday. I will write in a post-script how much I am exercising each day.

    My goal is to move my body every day through walking, running, biking, or swimming and to eat as many fruits and vegetables as I want. Yesterday I walked and today I biked.
